Sound baths are also great for children and kids

A huge thank you to the Junior League of Savannah for bringing us to the 2026 Fit Kid Fest! Hundreds of children enjoyed the day’s activities and many were introduced to sound bath and healing for the first time.

Many adults have come to understand the deep benefits of sound, including the relaxation of the mind.

As we Progressive life our brains are required to hold and process more. The beauty of being a child, as we can teach the techniques of quitting the mind with sound before the brain is already overwhelmed by life. It was a beautifully profound experience to watch many children's expressions melt to bliss and peace as Tibetan Singing Bowls were placed over their heads in the gong's were played next to their bodies.

It is an honor to share sound and all of its benefits. If you are interested in a 1:1 or group sound session for you or your child, we would be happy to facilitate. We also offer workshops and would love to come to your child's school.
