People are coming to understand that the WOKE culture is truly a pandora’s box. The more each of us comes back to our authentic selves, the more the overall mindset changes. And it goes BOTH WAYS!
The planet is at complete odds with itself at this time. Wars are erupting, civil riots are happening, hate is bold and ready to attack.
And, There are movements of love, acceptance, and belonging, literally at the same time that the hateful and harmful is occurring.
And this change, it written in the stars. I do not mean anything WOO-WOO by this statement, but rather the cosmos is changing rapidly with an impact on our beautiful planet earth as well.
Maybe you have heard of Schumann’s resonance, where the Earth and its ionosphere act like a giant resonant cavity for electromagnetic waves. Schumann Resonance is approximately 7.83 Hz and is regarded as Earth's "heartbeat" or natural frequency. These waves do fluctuate, but the changes are becoming more noticeable and frequent due to events like solar flares and their direct impact on the ionosphere.
And these changes to the ionosphere….they impact everyone, including mental health.
If mother Earth’s heartbeat is impacted, this deeply connects to our own vibrations, our circadian rhythm, even our thought patterns.
So how do we combat the hate and the hurt while going through a wild shift in frequency?
First we remember: Intention is everything. Where you mind goes, the thoughts, words and actions flow.
How we navigate moment to moment can become our greatest ally in the changes occuring. Rituals, routines and the sacredness of living can be invited into our lives with a steadfastness and a reach for authenticity in our living. Some have started creating their daily practices intentionally, some naturally fall into the practices, and for those who may want some guidance, i have a helpful offering of ritual/routine for you to try.
I personally love a morning ritual (double yay if i can ritual before bed too)
Holding sacred space for connection to our energy and source power:
Duration: 20–40 mins
Optional Tools: Sound bowl, grounding crystal, herbal tea, candle, journal, mineral water
1. Sacred Setup & Intention (3–5 mins)
• Light your candle or incense.
• Sit or stand comfortably.
• Speak: “I open this space in love and sovereignty. I call all parts of myself home. I welcome this upgrade with ease and grace.”
• Optionally sweep your aura from head to toe and gently shake out the limbs.
2. Breath & Sound Alignment (5 mins)
• Box Breathing (2 rounds): Inhale 4 – Hold 4 – Exhale 4 – Hold 4
• Humming (2 mins): Hum on a low pitch, feeling resonance in your chest and skull.
• Vowel Toning (1 min each):
- AH (heart)
- OH (solar plexus)
- MM (crown and brainstem)
3. Fluid Movement & Energy Re-patterning (5–10 mins)
• Root activation: Lightly bounce knees, shake out hands.
• Spinal wave: Gently undulate the spine to unlock energy.
• Sky-Earth channel:
- Inhale, reach arms up.
- Exhale, sweep light down through crown → heart → womb → Earth.
- Repeat with mantra: “I draw in light. I anchor it into my body.”
4. Stillness & Integration (5–10 mins)
• Lie or sit in silence.
• Play soft tones on a device or hold a bowl over your heart.
• Visualize white-gold light filling your body.
• Scan for tension; send breath and compassion to those areas.
• Optional: Place grounding crystal at root chakra or feet.
5. Closing & Reflection (5 mins)
• Journal:
- Body sensations or emotional shifts
- Dream fragments or symbols
- Mantra for the day/night (e.g., “I integrate with ease.”)
• Slowly drink mineral water or tea.
• Optional: Chant 'Sa Ta Na Ma' or give thanks: “May this light benefit not just me, but all beings.”
