For centuries Reiki, also known as energy work, has been credited for it’s benefits of relaxation, stress reduction, and in the promotion of healing. Reiki is rooted in traditional Japanese healing arts, Rei meaning Universal Life, Ki meaning Energy. While Reiki is apart of Eastern Holistic medicine, it is a growing source for healing in the Western world.

Shamanic journeys are meant to take you to another state of self through guided meditation and breath-energy work. With the guidance and support of the healer, The individual is sent deep into trance to uncover, rediscover, and explore the realms desired to access and other areas of shadow that need released before clearing space for clarity and illumination.

The most powerful healing arises when the intention is set with devotion. As a Reiki Master, I am devoted to creating and holding space for your healing. Throughout our days we are bombarded by emotions and reactions, expressed or oppressed within our physical and energetic body. My role is to help clean, clear, and purify these points of your internal energetic traffic jams. Distance healing is available for those more than 90 minutes away or unable to travel.
