Sound is all around
Sound and harmonics have been used for centuries, not just for entertainment, but to soothe the soul. As my own sound practice has polished itself over the years, time and again, i hear the same remarks from folks who have experienced a soundbath with me. It calms them, they leave feeling lighter, inspired, more connected to their body.
Sound is for everyone and takes very little physical exertion, but it is a practice. To watch the mind quiet from the inner conversations to make room for this inner observation is what begins as a meditative practice using sound as the tool.
I invite everyone to slow down today. Connect to the sensation of breathing and let the ears open to all that is around, get out of the chattery inside, inner voice, and tap back into the present moment.
